HRIS Pro is a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) designed to help companies manage employee data and HR operations through a centralized CMS, including attendance, leave, payroll, employee management, and performance monitoring. As a UI/UX Designer, I contributed to designing and improving the platform’s user flows, information architecture, and interface to simplify complex HR processes and provide a more intuitive, consistent, and efficient experience for administrators and employees.
